As a 37 year old who has seen geek culture grow into what it is, I wanted to create something that both celebrated in that growth, and reminded people of what made it what it is today. When I learned of Americas Next Top Podcaster, I figured there was nothing to lose by throwing my name into the ring, and everything to gain in terms of becoming a better podcaster. With so much experience gathered together, it would be impossible to not learn a few lessons that would, in turn, allow me continue to produce a show that promotes positivity in a variety of communities that I been influenced by, or have influence in.
